Every event is different. We know that—that's why we've designed modularity into every inch of our 50 person space. Everything, from the stage to the seats to the bar, can be moved around, allowing for maximum flexibility to accommodate any event type.

Space rental is usually the biggest expense when it comes to event management, forcing event owners to be at a deficit before the event has even begun. That's why we're approaching things differently with a variety of payment models, making it accessible for all kinds of communities to use our space.

Ticketing & Execution Support

You're never on your own when you're with PARLOUR Amsterdam. We can help with the set-up of the ticketing site, aid in basic design advice and support, and list your event on our official calendar & social media—anything to help you do the very best that you can!

Need gear? We have a huge supply of music backline and a variety of event tools available for use mostly for free, from our PA system to a projector, perfect to help you facilitate the perfect event.

Transparent Pricing: Success Made Simple

Just like our branding, we like to keep things black & white at PARLOUR Amsterdam. From launching your very first single to a cultural celebration, we want to give every community a chance to use our beautiful venue, therefore we've crafted three venue rental models that maximise flexibility for event owners, making it easier than ever to work with us.

Full Rental Model

Our straightforward, full-rental model is clear and simple. Ideal for established events, private parties, product launches, and exclusive music concepts, our space is available for 250 euros (excl. BTW) per 4 hour block. We also have food and drink packages available from our neighbours Brouwerij Troost and Loetje, so rest assured that whatever you need for your event, we can absolutely make it happen.

Ticket Split Model

Our selective Ticket Split Event model, targeted at niche concepts & developing artists, sets us apart from other venues. We offer the opportunity for new concepts to bloom without starting from a deficit thanks to rental costs by offering a base-rental free, purely ticket split scheme. Our standard split is a simple 50:50 model, where we take 50% of all ticket sales. This means that we share the risks, and give a chance to passionate people to try marketing and pushing their events for the first time.

The Special Arts Organisation Rehearsal Scheme

Great art organisations celebrate and support one another. With this ethos, the PARLOUR is proud to offer a fixed, reduced rental rate of 60 euros (excl. BTW) per 2 hour block to arts organisations that require weekly rehearsal spaces for 15-40 members. Think choirs, storytelling workshops, D&D events—if you're helping people discover their artsy side, we're here to support it!
