"Acoustic Levitation" is immersive experimental sound that transcends the physical. A concert where ancient sonic technologies and contemporary electro-acoustic instruments converge. The frequencies invite deep grounding forming the foundation for powerful ascent. LEVITATE.The sounds of original pre-Columbian flutes, field recordings, electronic frequencies, harmonium and ethereal vocals of Sanskrit mantra converge to create a resonant field of embodied presence.
About the Artist
JESSICA ROSEN uses sonic technology and energetic channeling practices to create transcendent experiences driven by sound. Her work inhabits the intersection of performance, sound art and meditation and accesses technology that spans the cultural and historical continuum to connect to the divine.
